1. What SQLesse is
SQLesse converts natural-language requests into SQL statements or Python/R analysis code, and offers related tools (explain, optimize, validate) plus an in-browser demo database. Using SQLesse means you accept these terms.
2. AI-generated output
SQLesse's output is produced by artificial intelligence. It can be incomplete, inefficient, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing generated SQL and code before running it against any system that matters, and for the results of running it. SQLesse ships with a read-only safety mode; disabling it is at your own risk.
3. Free tier and fair use
The free tier is rate-limited and provided as-is; limits and features may change or be withdrawn at any time. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the service, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. If you configure your own AI provider key, your use of that provider is governed by its terms.
4. Your content, our service
Your questions, schemas, and data remain yours; you may use generated output freely. The SQLesse service, software, and branding belong to Falcyn Inc and Calix. SQLesse; is a registered trademark of Calix. Nothing here grants you rights to the SQLesse name, marks, or code.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
SQLesse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcyn Inc and Calix are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of SQLesse; total aggregate liability for the free service is limited to zero dollars (US $0), and otherwise to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, including the cookie policy. Short version: your question and schema names are sent to the AI to generate a response; your data rows never leave your browser.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
